We Have Several Different Pricing Options for Your Convenience

We can transcribe your audio from digital video, digital audio, or cd. We offer 7 day, 3 day, and 24 hour turnaround times. Our prices differ according to those turnaround times. Nevertheless, no matter which method you choose, you will receive a properly prepared transcript according to your specifications via email within your deadline.

For a project designed to come back to you within ten days, our pricing is $65.00 per audio hour or $1.50 per page.

For a project designed to come back to you within five days, our pricing is $75.00 per audio hour, or $1.75 per page.

For a project designed to come back to you within three days, our pricing is $90.00 per audio hour, or $2.00 per page.

For an overnight project, our pricing is $100.00 per audio hour, or $2.50 per page.

We know this sounds like a lot. However, the audio hour to actual work ratio equals around four hours of transcribing to one hour of audio. So it works out to around $17.25 per work hour. This varies depending on turnaround time.

We can and will negotiate our prices for charities and non-profit organizations. Also, we provide a special discount for members of the AIRR. Please contact us for information.
