Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.

What Information Is Collected:
As part of the order process, the following information is collected from clients:

Name Shipping/Billing Address Email address Phone number Credit/Debit Card Information Any information recorded in the interviews or other recordings.

How That Information Is Used:
We only use that information to fulfill your order and collect our payments. That's all. We will gladly sign any confidentiality agreements you want to send us. We have worked on various court cases in which privacy and confidentiality were paramount, and we know the value of reticence.

Our Commitment To The Security of Your Data
Your personal and billing data is kept completely safe as we use PayPal to process our payments. As for names, legal interviews, and the like that we transcribe, each file is kept on a USB flash drive that is wiped completely after the completion of every transcript. While the transcript is being completed, if we have to leave our computer, the USB disk is placed in a fireproof safe. It is our goal to ensure that nothing confidential ever fall into anyone else's hands. We are proud that you have chosen to trust us with your information, and we will do whatever we have to to protect it.
